LLP and Company Registration Consultant in Naigaon: Prices, Documents and Timelines
What LLP and private limited registration costs in Naigaon, the registered-office proof Vasai-Virar applicants get stuck on, how long it takes and the filings that follow.
In this article
Most people who call us about registering an LLP or a company have already decided to start. What they want to know is what it costs, what papers to send, how long the wait is, and what lands on them every year afterwards. This guide answers those four questions for businesses around Naigaon East, Vasai-Virar and Nalasopara. For the step-by-step procedure and the full feature list, see our private limited company and LLP registration pages.
First, pick the structure
The choice is usually between four options, and it is worth ten minutes of thought because changing it later means registering again from scratch.
- Proprietorship suits a one-person shop, agency or consultancy with no outside partners. There is no MCA registration, only the registrations your bank asks for. From ₹1,999.
- Partnership firm works for two or more people who want something simple on paper. Partners carry unlimited personal liability. From ₹3,999.
- LLP gives you limited liability and a separate legal entity with lighter annual compliance than a company. From ₹7,999.
- Private limited company is the structure investors, larger customers and lenders expect. It carries a statutory audit every year regardless of turnover. From ₹9,999.

Published prices
These are our fixed professional fees. Government filing fees and stamp duty are charged at actuals on top and quoted before we start, because they depend on your capital or contribution.
| Registration | Package | Price | Usual time |
|---|---|---|---|
| LLP | Gold | ₹7,999 | 10 to 15 days |
| LLP | Platinum (adds GST, Udyam) | ₹9,999 | 10 to 15 days |
| LLP | Diamond (adds PT, IEC, Startup India) | ₹21,999 | 10 to 15 days |
| Private limited | Gold | ₹9,999 | 10 to 15 days |
| Private limited | Diamond (adds GST, IEC, Udyam) | ₹11,999 | 15 to 25 days |
| Private limited | Platinum (adds Startup India, trademark) | ₹26,999 | 15 to 25 days |
| Partnership firm | Silver | ₹3,999 | 5 to 7 days |
| Proprietorship | Basic, without GST | ₹1,999 | 2 to 5 days |
The base package in both cases is a complete registration: you finish with a Certificate of Incorporation, PAN, TAN and the papers your bank needs for a current account. The higher packages exist so you do not pay us twice for registrations you were going to need anyway, such as GST or Udyam.

Documents to keep ready
For every partner or director:
- PAN and Aadhaar.
- A passport-size photograph.
- Identity proof: passport, driving licence or voter ID.
- Address proof not older than one month: a bank statement, electricity bill, mobile bill or gas bill.
- Email ID and a mobile number linked to Aadhaar, because the MCA sends OTPs to both.
For the registered office:
- A recent electricity bill in the owner's name.
- A no-objection letter from the owner.
- The rent agreement, if the premises are rented.
- The property papers, if you own the place.
Everything else, the digital signatures, the name reservation and the incorporation forms, we handle.
Where local applications get stuck
Three things account for almost every query we see on Vasai-Virar applications.
The address proof does not match. The flat, wing or shop number printed on the electricity bill has to be the same as the one on the rent agreement and the one typed into the form. Buildings around Naigaon and Nalasopara often have an old survey-based address on the bill and a newer society address on the agreement. Send us both documents before you send anything else and we will tell you whether they will pass.
The name clashes. The MCA rejects names that resemble an existing company or LLP, or a registered trademark, even loosely. We check the MCA name database and the trademark registry together and keep two alternatives ready, which turns a rejection into a same-day change.
Director address proof has gone stale. The one-month rule is applied strictly. A bill from three months ago will come back. Pull a fresh one the week you plan to file.
What happens after the certificate arrives
This is the part people do not price in, and it is the main reason we push back when someone wants a company for a business that is better off as a proprietorship.
An LLP must file every year, even with no business at all:
- Form 11, the annual return, by 30 May.
- Form 8, the statement of account and solvency, by 30 October.
- DIR-3 KYC for every designated partner holding a DIN. Missing it costs ₹5,000 per DIN and deactivates the DIN.
- The income tax return by 31 July, or by the audit date where audit applies.
- An audit only once turnover crosses ₹40 lakh or contribution crosses ₹25 lakh.
A private limited company has more:
- INC-20A, the declaration of commencement of business, within 180 days of incorporation. Until it is filed the company cannot legally begin operations or borrow.
- An AGM, then AOC-4 with the financial statements within 30 days of it and MGT-7 or MGT-7A within 60 days. For FY 2025-26, a company that held its AGM by 30 September files AOC-4 by 30 October 2026 and MGT-7 by 29 November 2026.
- DIR-3 KYC for every director.
- A statutory audit by a chartered accountant every year, whatever the turnover.
- The income tax return, plus a tax audit where the turnover limits are crossed.
The LLP and company forms carry per-day late fees with no cap worth relying on, which is why a dormant company left unfiled for two or three years often costs more to clean up than it did to register.
Our compliance calendar lists the ROC, GST, TDS and income tax dates for this month, with the days left on each.
How we run a registration
- A call to settle the structure, the name options and who the partners or directors will be.
- A written quote separating our fee from the government fees and stamp duty.
- Documents over WhatsApp. We check the address proofs and the name availability before anything is filed.
- Digital signatures, name approval, then the incorporation form, with each acknowledgement sent to you as it comes.
- Handover, which includes the Certificate of Incorporation, PAN, TAN, the agreement or MOA and AOA, and a one-page list of your due dates for the next twelve months.
- The follow-on filings that have short windows: the LLP Agreement in Form 3 within 30 days of incorporation, or INC-20A within 180 days for a company.

The short version
- LLP registration starts at ₹7,999 and a private limited company at ₹9,999, both including DSC, name approval, incorporation, PAN and TAN.
- Both take 10 to 15 days with complete documents.
- Address proof mismatches and name clashes cause nearly every delay. Send us the electricity bill and rent agreement first.
- A company costs more to maintain than an LLP every single year, so choose it only if you need shares, investors or the credibility with larger buyers.
- Register the follow-on deadlines on day one: Form 3 within 30 days for an LLP, INC-20A within 180 days for a company.
